About
A small practice, built around the consultation.
Aestiva was opened on a straightforward premise: that aesthetic treatment and wellness care belong in the same room, under the same unhurried standard of attention.

Why we opened
Two kinds of care that kept being sold separately.
Most people arrive having already been somewhere that moved quickly. A price list, a treatment room, a follow-up text offering a package. It works as a business and it does not work as care, because nobody in that model ever has the time to tell you that you do not need what you came in for.
Aestiva was built the other way around. The consultation is the product. Everything else follows from it, and if nothing follows from it, that is a perfectly good outcome.
Keeping aesthetics and wellness under one roof is part of the same idea. How you look and how you feel are not separate enquiries, and being able to answer both in one conversation is the whole reason for the practice existing.
Who you will see
You will meet the same person each time.
This is a small practice by choice. You will not be handed between staff, and the person who plans your treatment is the person who carries it out and the person who sees you at follow-up.
What that means in practice
The standards we hold to.
- Time before treatment
- Consultations are booked with enough room to actually finish the conversation. If we run over, we run over.
- Nothing sold in the chair
- You will never be offered an additional treatment while you are lying down. Decisions get made sitting up, clothed, with pricing in front of you.
- Written pricing, agreed first
- Itemised and agreed before anything begins. No packages, no memberships, no pressure to prepay for a course.
- Follow-up as standard
- A review is part of the treatment, not an upsell. If something needs adjusting, that conversation is already booked.
The best way to know if we are right for you is to come and ask.
A consultation costs you an hour and commits you to nothing at all.
